When will my order ship? Once you place your order, we will process it within 2 working days and send it out for shipping. On average shipping takes up to five working days within India.
Once an order is placed will send you a tracking code provided by our delivery partners, which you can use to track the status of your item.
Yes if you are unhappy with the quality of the item or if it reaches you damaged, you can file for a return or replacement. However this does not apply to post card sales. Please write to us at support@kreativereef.com
Products sold on the website are sold on a non returnable basis. If you would like to change the design you have purchased please email us with your order number and design you wish to swap at kreativereef@gmail.com
In the event that you receive your products damaged, we will provide you with a free replacement.
We are working on getting our international shipping lines open. At the moment we only ship to customers within India.
